How much does a night cost?

From 25 EUR per person per night (Haus Schwarzenmoor) or 30 EUR (Haus an der None). A one-off final cleaning fee also applies. For multiple guests, there is a surcharge per person per night. Use our online booking for an exact price calculation with all discounts.

Are there discounts for longer stays?

Yes! From 7 nights we offer a 15% long-stay discount, and from 28 nights even 18%. The discount is automatically calculated during online booking and deducted from the total price.

Can I receive a company invoice?

Of course! We issue proper invoices with itemised VAT that can be paid directly by your employer or company. Simply provide us with the invoicing details.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is usually 4 nights. For shorter stays, please contact us directly – we will certainly find a solution.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfer and cash payment. Payment is usually made in advance or on arrival. For long-term bookings, monthly payments are also possible.

Is there Wi-Fi in the properties?

Yes, all our properties have free high-speed Wi-Fi. You will receive the password on arrival.

Is parking available?

Yes, both properties have free parking spaces right at the property. There is also plenty of space for larger vehicles and vans.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, each property has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.

Yes, bed linen and towels are included in the price and are provided fresh on arrival. For longer stays, we change the linen regularly.

Yes, both properties have a washing machine and dryer. Detergent is also provided. Particularly important for longer stays.

The A2 motorway junction is just a few minutes away by car. The central location in Herford offers optimal transport connections in all directions across OWL.

Are there shopping facilities nearby?

Yes, supermarkets and other everyday shops are in the immediate vicinity. Aldi, Lidl and Rewe are each reachable within a few minutes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. If needed, we can arrange earlier or later times by prior agreement. Simply contact us.

Yes, bus stops are within walking distance. Herford railway station with regional and long-distance connections is reachable by car in just a few minutes.

Can I cancel for free?

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full amount is due. Details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

Yes, rebooking is possible by arrangement, provided the desired dates are available. Please contact us as early as possible so that we can accommodate the change.

What happens if I leave early?

In the event of early departure, the agreed total price is usually charged. In justified exceptional cases, we will find a fair solution together. Please speak to us directly.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside the properties. Smoking is allowed in the garden or on the terrace. Please use the ashtrays provided.

How fast is the Wi-Fi?

Our properties have a fast internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s download speed. Sufficient for streaming, video calls and normal browsing after work.

What bed sizes are available?

Our properties are equipped with single beds (90×200 cm). All beds have high-quality mattresses, and fresh bed linen is provided on arrival.
